Exploring the interior treasures of Bellagio Las Vegas

Bellagio Las Vegas is a
luxury hotel, resort and casino.

The design of Bellagio Las Vegas was inspired by the Lake Como town of Bellagio in Italy. While famed for the Fountains of Bellagio, the hotel’s interior offers some memorable design.

Bellagio was the most expensive hotel ever built when it opened in 1998, costing $1.6 billion. When you walk into the hotel’s lobby, the Fiori di Como is the first thing you notice. Designed by glass sculpture Dale Chihuly, Fiori di Como is composed of over 2,000 hand-blown glass flowers, covering 2,000 square feet of the lobby ceiling. From the lobby, you enter the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. These are open to the public.

  1. Ah, the Bellagio. I visited for the first time in July; what a pretty place with so much to see! Thanks for bringing back memories with your beautiful photos. 🙂

  2. It looks so beautiful in there! Never considered popping into a hotel just to see what it looks like inside but apparently I’ve been missing out on things 😀
